For a Peaceful Environment and Blissful Spa Experience
Canyon River Spa & Salon is honored to hold space for you throughout your time of relaxation and self care, tending to your needs with empathy and joy. In return, we ask that all guests abide by our spa policies. We invite you to familiarize yourself with these etiquette practices before your appointment in our Bozeman spa.
As our guest, we ask that you please:
Share with us your preferences, expectations, or concerns
Accurately communicate any health information or reasons for your visit that may be important for our staff to know
Treat our staff and other spa guests with respect and courtesy
Use any products, therapies, or equipment as guided or directed
Speak softly and turn off cell phone ringers and sound for a peaceful visit and serene shared environment
Help us care for our planet
As our guest, you have the right to:
A clean, comfortable, and safe environment where you are treated with dignity, respect, and consideration
Ask questions about your experience and stop a treatment at any time for any reason

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled visit to take advantage of our amenities in the spa and begin to sink into the relaxing experience (early arrival is not necessary for hair salon and waxing appointments).

Many of our services can be booked online. Spa and Bridal packages can be booked by contacting our team. For all bookings, a credit card is required at the time of reservation to hold your appointment time specifically for you.

As a courtesy to the next scheduled guest, all appointments will end at scheduled times regardless of late arrival.

Please speak softly and turn off cell phones for a peaceful visit. Remember to hydrate well before and after your appointment.

We view your appointment with us as more than just a commitment to self-care — when you book with Canyon River, your service provider is also committing their time, presence, and energy to you. Your stylist, massage therapist, and esthetician earn income on commission, and they count on you to be at your scheduled appointment.
We understand that life happens, and schedules change unexpectedly. When possible, we ask that reschedule requests and cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to respect and honor their commitment to you.
If something arises last minute and you are unable to keep your appointment time, please note that payment may be rendered using your card on file.
Our cancellation policies are:
24-hour notice for canceling — no charge.
Cancellations on the day of services — subject to 50% of the total cost of services.
Cancellations within 1 hour of scheduled appointment time — considered a No Show, subject to 100% of the total cost of services.
No Shows — charged 100% of the total cost of services.
We appreciate your support and communication.

Gratuity is not included in the price of a la carte services, but is greatly appreciated. We recommend 15-20%, in recognition of the therapist’s performance. 20% gratuity is automatically added for spa parties of 3 or more and may also be added for bridal services. Prices are subject to change. All retail sales are final. If a product is defective, it may be returned within 30 days for in-store credit only. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be refunded. Gift cards can not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
